The location is excellent. I found it very convenient to be close to various restaurants and shops. My room had a balcony. It was a cozy space. The hotel provides free transport to the ferry terminal after checkout.

The room gets REALLY warm. The electronic key card powers the room, so the AC is off without the key card plugged in. The room is BOILING hot after spending a day away. It takes a while for the room to cool off with AC. Loud banging noises came from the fridge at night.

the family studio was beautiful. it was really perfect for our needs. the location is great to me. the new pool IS amazing too.

there was a constant smell in the room. the smell of faeces was in both rooms we booked. the bathroom is VERY dark i thought. you can't see much with the lights on. it is strange i think. towels not very clean as well.
